Parts were true, parts false, parts sad and parts made me laugh out loud. Saying a English bulldog is the modern day old world bulldog, that is funny. English can't even breed or give birth on their own. They are a sorry excuse for a canine but does that mean they should be culled? No, it called free market, supply and demand. The owner blamed inbreeding and line breeding for the problem. Well I don't like inbreeding but line breeding can be an important tool for preserving desirable bloodline especially in a rare breeds like the fila. There are some trying to keep alive great bloodlines. Like the descendants of a now retired, and well respected breeder's dogs. You know her work well. The video make a valid point in some respects though. They didn't even mention dobermans, most here are scared of their own shadow.

Ace...No brother he mentioned the Olde English bulldog as a modern day working breed not the english bull dog. He mentioned that the english bulldog is tore up from the floor up (my words). Here is a link to a decent Olde English bulldogge breeder... BTW my brother has one.. 10 yrs old and looks and acts as if is 5 yrs old..athletic for what they are but I wouldnt call them true athletes. Check out "Black Omen" he is from same dam and sire as my brother's dog but from diff breeding. my brothers dog looks like hugo but bigger.. at 82lbs at 10yrs old and was very muscled when young at 90lbs. like i said they tire pretty quick so i would stop short of calling them actual working dogs but if you need quick power they are not bad.

No, I dont know who this is. There are a few people that meet this description and a couple of those are women but not sure who it is you are talking about since we dont really swim in the same pool.

Those olde english bulldogs seem nice to look at, but i wont see how they would ever be considered working dogs. Sure they got some power but they have no weight behind it... Its like putting a V10 on a Honda del sol, alot of power but no weight to contain the power. I personally find those dogs quite ugly and at the same time gorgeous. Lol, Juan and Ace agreeing on a good breeder is kind of hard to swallow. What is the name of that breeder must be quite unique.

lol, I'm sorry but this lady is the reason why that mixed bred crap got into the state to begin with. She was the biggest miller of fila dogs in America, This lady is a straight joke in the Fila world and the only people in the community that praise her are the breeders that sell dogs to the U.S in abundance as she opened the door to their crap to sell for 20X what they are worth. Anyone else want to preserve her "bloodlines"? go to your local ASPCA and get 10 dogs and breed them all to each other...TA DA! instant success. I thought you were serious for once kid.

How much do police dogs weigh? Not much compared to a Fila. I could see those dogs being working dogs. Look at those old English flying through the air and IMO those dogs would be good at what they are trained to do. My favorite page on that gargoyle site is the old photos. Nice to see some historic photos. I was impressed with those dogs now if I could only explain to my British friends how WE turned and English Bulldog into an American Bulldog. That topic really gets the Brits pissed and I don't mean drunk.

Juan, Where I am from a guy who talks as much smack as you would not have made it thru high school with his teeth. My guess is that just "screen talk", half the time probably from a taxpayer funded computer on taxpayer funded time(and we wonder why this country is broke). Ace, oh please, Where I am from we actually have teeth, no wooden posts here. my high school was rated the worst in New York and i made it out with all my teeth but we didnt have tuff computer gangsters like you back then to really scare us and knock out all out teeth. keep your west coast tan lines to yourself cause you sound like a child.
