on a cbkc forum on Facebook there is a lil war going on right now about an owner/breeder that has a black and tan dog..he claims it is pure and the some others belive it is not. his claim is simple I have bought dogs from all of you and this is the result, you sold me pure dogs so it must be true that this is a pure dog...good argument, right? hell let's change the standard once again to let in yet another type.

Yes,i saw that argument, the dog is too large to be a fila too. Also Juan you said tha Lionsden has good dogs, tho they look consistant,they have alot of black dogs, that look more like a great dane mix than a fila. If i were to buy a fila, i would only get a cafib.

Now let me ask you a few questions...have you ever seen a dog fight? have you ever seen a dog bite a person? do you own a dog or ever plan to own a dog that will bite someone? did you buy or attempt to buy a dog that is bred to inherently bite people? have you read or attempted to read about a history of a breed of dog that has an inherent hatred of strangers and will bite someone? Do you enjoy the fact that you own or attempted to own a dog that has the history of such intensity? do you know someone that has a dog that has bit someone? is it the same breed that you attempted to acquire?

if the answer is yes to just a few of these questions then you sir might have attempted to acquire a breed that is so dangerous that is is banned in many countries and you have knowingly and willingly own or attempted to own a dog with the power and intensity to hurt or kill another human being. you and your lackeys have been seen, on forums talking about the intensity and "ojeriza" that makes this breed dangerous and I'm sure that you know this because you or someone you know has had that breed bite someone. you sir are harboring a dangerous dog even after you read about its tendencies and befriend people who have the same breed and theirs actually have shown this aggression...

What I'm trying to get at here inspector gadget is that just because I love a breed that has a history deep in dog fighting and I talk about said history and I know people that are deeply imbedded in the history and intensity of the bulldog breed does not mean that I fight dogs just like you knowing (or thinking you know) about the history of filas and knowing of people that are part of the history and intensity of filas doesnt mean that you go around having your dog bite people or go to the underground scene of human baiting with dogs...This is the same thinking that gets pittys banned and is the same type of thinking that gets other breeds like ours banned.

First of all I could care less about the CBKC or CAFIB, papers for filas are about as good as toilet paper. I prefer larger filas like the one in your pictures I described as a real fila (tongue in cheek). And to Dario, believe me just because it is larger does not mean it lacks endurance or agility. I have had my dogs up and down bluffs all afternoon in the summer heat. These dogs if trained can tree coons, and can run 300 lb wild boar down in the texas heat and pin him on the ground, and when hes done you can almost see a smile on his face. After all filas are probably the most "humanlike" of all dogs if that makes any sense.

Second of all I take the responsibility of owning and breeding filas with the utmost seriousness. So much so that I don't sell puppies to the public and probably never will. I only sell puppies to friends and fellow business owners who need family protection in this ever increasingly dangerous world. And unlike you I HIGHLY investigate the living situation that dog will be put into so he is safe and others will be safe. You by selling puppies to known associates of dog fighters and fighting dog breeders, and proponents of dog fighting have endangered our breed and risk BSL for filas you hypocrite. Spin it all you want, just like the retreating "champion" with an attacker 5 feet in front of his owner, but any body with a brain sees thru your BS.

Here is "Lou" at Wildside Kennels with his buddy Ed Faron. For those of you that don't know this kennel or owner, just google it. He is a well known fighting dog breeder who was finally caught selling dogs to authorities who posed as dog fighters. He pled guilty,served prison time and had over 160 dogs put down by the state on the taxpayers dime.

Listen to the DISGUSTING lyrics talking about dying in the ring fighting, biting their owner if he tries to pick him up during a fight, traing for a fight on the treadmill. Its really sad. This guy even advocated and tried to raise money for Ed Faron after he pled guilty and was in prison. WOW
