Eye Color Experiences

I was cruising web sites and saw something unique. Pictures taken outdoors, when you zoom in, clearly shows eye color of 2 month old puppies being blue.

At what age will blue in the eyes turn to the final color?

My Mastiff (not a Fila) puppy that I bought had blue eyes until he was about 5 months old. I had a husky mix (many years ago) who had one blue and one brown (the blue eye never changed color). Most of the other dogs I've had over the years had blue eyes when they were pups but changed to brown or hazel by about 3 months. My Mastiff has light brown (almost hazel) eyes now.
